The buyer was Brady Energy Investments located in Oklahoma City. The company is adding wells to its collection of operated properties in Carter and Stephens Counties in Oklahoma.
The sale was conducted through private negotiations. The closing occurred in Healdton, Oklahoma at the offices of Brady's, an oilfield services company.
